These terms govern your use of the AnalogAlchemy software ("the app") and this website. By downloading, installing or purchasing the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your licence

A one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to install and use the version of AnalogAlchemy you bought, on computers you own or control. You may use the app and the music you create with it for both personal and commercial projects.

2. Free trial

Every download starts a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked and no account required. When the trial ends, a licence is required to keep using the app. The trial is provided "as is" so you can decide whether the app is right for you before buying.

3. What you may not do

Resell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the software itself, or share or publish your licence key.
Circumvent the licence or trial mechanism.
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits.

4. The music you make — and your responsibility

You own the songs, stems and trained voices you create with AnalogAlchemy, subject to the rights of others. Because the app can generate music, separate stems and train voices from material you provide, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs do not infringe anyone else's rights — including copyright in lyrics, melodies or recordings, and rights in a person's voice or likeness.

In particular: only train or imitate a voice you have the right to use, do not use the app to impersonate a real person without their consent, and keep your use of other people's copyrighted material within what the law allows (for example, personal practice). You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the app.

5. Updates and future versions

Your purchase covers the major version you bought, including its bug-fix and minor updates. Significant future major versions may be offered separately. A Windows build is planned; availability and timing are not guaranteed.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated results will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnalogAlchemy and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For customers resident in Türkiye or the EU/UK, the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives here with its "last updated" date.
