AnalogAlchemy is a desktop music studio that runs on your own computer. Privacy isn't a feature we added — it's how the product is built. This page explains, plainly, what happens to your data when you use the app, this website, and the checkout.

The short version

The app works entirely offline. Your audio, voice recordings, trained voices and generated songs never leave your device — we cannot see them, because they are never sent to us.
This website uses cookieless analytics and a privacy-respecting human-check on the download. No advertising trackers, no profiling.
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.

1. The application

Generation, stem separation and voice training all run locally on your machine. After the initial model download, the app works with the network cable unplugged. AnalogAlchemy does not transmit your projects, audio files, voice data or generated music to us or to any third party, and it contains no advertising or analytics tracking. Your licence key and trial status are stored locally on your device.

2. This website

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or track you across other sites. It gives us anonymous, aggregate page-view counts only.
Download check: the free-trial download is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA. To confirm you're human it processes a verification token and your IP address through Cloudflare; we do not store this data. No name, email or account is required to download the trial.
Hosting & security: the site is served by Cloudflare, which may process your IP address and set strictly-necessary security cookies to protect the site. Standard server logs may be retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

3. Purchases

When you buy a licence, the transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects the information needed to take payment and issue an invoice — such as your name, email address, billing country and payment details. Your payment card information is handled by Lemon Squeezy and its processors; we never receive or store it. Their handling of your data is governed by the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.

From each order we receive limited details — typically your name, email address and country — so we can deliver your licence key and provide support. We use this only for those purposes.

4. Contacting us

If you email us for support, we use your email address and the contents of your message only to respond to you and keep a record of the request.

5. What we never do

We do not sell or rent your personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the limited personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the address below. For payment and billing data held by Lemon Squeezy, you can also contact them directly.

7. Data retention

We keep order-related information for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (these records are primarily held by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record). Support emails are kept only as long as useful for that purpose.

8. Children

AnalogAlchemy is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
