Every download includes a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked and no account required. We strongly encourage you to run the trial on your own machine — generate a song, separate some stems, train a voice — before purchasing. That's the best way to confirm the app does what you need.

The 14-day guarantee

If you purchase a licence and, within 14 days, the app doesn't work as described and we're unable to resolve the issue for you, you're entitled to a full refund. Just reach out — we'd rather fix the problem or give your money back than have an unhappy customer.

Because a full free trial is available before purchase, refunds requested simply due to a change of mind after the 14-day window are granted at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the order ID from your Lemon Squeezy receipt and a short note about the problem. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution.
